Efter ridpasset i Rappestad (http://www.ridskolanirappestad.dinstudio.se/) blev det ett löppass på en timme och nästan 14km... nu har jag förtjänat lite vila... haha

15 ny km i hällregn, fick avbryta mitt 21km pass pga att det regnade så innutahelsike men 15 pallade jag iallafall på hyfsade 1:10 med tanke på omständigherna :)

My 21km training lap ended at 15km... It was wet wet wet... however 15km at 1:10 is still pretty good in this type of weather conditions :)

Jahani, inte alltid Kattmat smakar bäst :)

Regn, fotboll, regn, simning, regn, udda os gren, mat, sova, mat, regn... typisk semester :)


In english, it´s raining cats and dogs and the typical Swedish Holiday weather is here to stay... The Cat seams to enjoy pre wine tasting ;)

Från Frankfurt är det långt till Johannesburg... Ditresan startade med skjuts till tåget, tåg till Arlanda, flyg till Frankfurt, flyg till Johannesburg, flyg till polokwane, 10 mil bil till våran fantastiska lodge på Palm heaven där Richard och Angela mötte upp med familj.

( It´s a long trip from Frankfurt to Johannesburg... The trip started with car to the station in Linköping, train to Arlanda stockholm, flight from Arlanda to Frankfurt --> Johannesburg --> Polokwane and ended with a 100km trip with the rental car to the fantastic Palm heaven where Richard and Angela and the kids welcomed us, feels like home)
